However, leadership has shown to be highly overrated, in accordance with the numerous scandals and failures among leaders themselves. Leadership is frequently questionable and should be critically evaluated. Some psychologist groups argue that the "born leader" also has a lot in common with people who suffer from narcissistic personality tendencies.

Toxic leadership

Military term used to describe a type of leadership that gets short term results. A toxic leader is usually in good shape and let's everyone know it. He will often hold his personal physical fitness gains above your head.

A toxic leader is also known to use intimidation and threats to achieve their endgame. These leaders will also tend to be of a different racial background then Caucasian and therefore utilize equal opportunity threats to keep you on your toes.

Toxic leaders have a secret love for "gingers" or amazingly strong, beautiful, and intelligent red haired individuals.

Also referred to as infections, brutal, blind, or Shedrick leadership.

False Leadership

Similar to False Hustle in its blatant vomit inducing cosplay, False Leadership is typically seen in the work place, specifically in company meetings, emails with many people cc'd, or over-thanking people to their superiors.

The main goal is to portray one's self as a great leader, specifically in the eyes of their bosses.
