Jatowhi is A Japanese person who is obsessed with western culture to the point they star trying to look, sound and act as if they are american but failing to do so in the end to the point they look like assholes, sound like assholes and are assholes.

Hey look at Reiko she acting like a Jatowhi. She just started obsessing over western culture one day. she started wearing supposedly western youth clothing (that made her look cheep) and she started to use offensive slang she said "that's like the americans right?".....i feel it's very offensive to my own culture.
