Immigration act of '92

The excuse and series of laws in which one or more male(s) generally in pairs, between the ages of 15 and 17, use against younger women as a way to avoid certain confrontation over specefied subjects, or to hold undeserved authority.

immigrant

Politically correctslang for "slave". Basically, immigration was the United States's perfect way of coping with the abolishment of slavery because all it had to do was lure the unfortunate souls from their home countries into America with its bullshit "Land of Opportunity" advertisements, and cruelly exploit them like animals for years, even their entire lives, while dangling the green card just out of their reach.
American: Immigrants are sub-humans in our eyes, but we can easily make them work for 80-hours a week for $1.50 an hour if we want to because they have no rights in our country!

Immigration and Customs Enforcement

(US GOVERNMENT) Agency created in 2003 by merging the enforcement arm of the former Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) with that of the US Customs Service (see Customs and Border Protection {CPB}). It is part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

The ICE employs 19,000 people worldwide and has a budget of about $5.7 billion (comparable to the military budget of Algeria or Norway). It is responsible for Detention and Removal Operations (DRO) of removable aliens.

The ICE also violates international laws on human rights by deporting immigrants (legal or not) accused of a crime (this is known as exile and violates international norms of criminal justice). This program is called "Secure Communities" and of course only makes communities a lot LESS secure; it has exiled over 14,000 immigrants for petty offices such as traffic violations.

The dog-and-pony show of the ICE is its Office of Investigations (OI). This "investigates, deters and interdicts ...arms and strategic technology exports, ...money laundering, ...media piracy, smuggling (contraband, narcotics and aliens), immigration fraud, transnational gangs, ...child exploitation and pornography..." The OI basically issues press releases for publication as "news" by lazy newsmedia. The fact remains that human trafficking is a tiny affair with few reliably documented cases, and the US is not dependent on imported porn.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement is a surplus agency of the US government that mostly duplicates the efforts of Customs and Border Protection and Citizenship and Immigration Services. It operates a gigantic, corporate-run incarceration system that surpasses anything Kafka, Orwell, or Solzhenitsyn ever wrote about.

(U.S. GOVERNMENT) successor to the investigations and processing arm of the former Immigration and Naturalization Services (INS) of the USA. In 2003, the INS was dissolved and its enforcement arm transferred to the new Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The INS had formerly been part of the Justice Department; the CIS is part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

The CIS is responsible for incarcerating hundreds of thousands of people each year, mostly for petty paperwork filing errors or traffic stops.
She spent months struggling with the wretched, burned-out bureaucracy of the Citizenship and Immigration Services, wondering how anyone could enter the country legally without violating the laws of physics.

illegal immigrant

A person who immigrates to the U.S. illegally. Some our forced against their will by cartels. Many come to escape the violence of ruthless cartels. Many are actually very honest and work for shitty pay, they are often exploited by people who take advantage of their illegal immigrant status and threaten to reveal them to the authorities. They're willing to fulfill their dreams by getting an honest day's pay, ironically their probably some of the most American people out there.
Naive arrogant retard: I hate illegal immigrants, they're parasites that steal jobs from honest Americans!

Neutral person: You know that in many cases they're fleeing the cartels who kill their relatives. In many cases they'll lure teenage girls into sexual slavery by luring them with promises of work. Then they'll take them across the border, in many cases they'll rape the girls and hang their panties on trees like trophies. They're called "rape trees" in some cases they'll take one girl and proceed to douse her in gasoline then light her on fire as an example of what happens when you run away.

retard #2: Eh fuck you! what du u know!
Neutral Person: My daughter was kidnapped, raped, and turned into a plaything by those cartel bastards you little shit. How about I take you to Mexico and give you a taste of what it's like huh?

Arizona Immigration Law

A bill that was attempted to be passed by Arizona in order to put a leash on illegal immigration, which the federal government has largely failed to do; Arizona spends hundreds of millions on jailing illegals, and who knows how much more on educating them, providing welfare for them, etc., even though they don't pay taxes.

The law's purpose is based off of a federal law that prohibits illegal immigration. Contrary to popular (actually, minority, because the majority of the country supports it) belief, its parameters strictly and directly prohibit racial profiling of any kind. Police officers aren't allowed to go up to anyone they want and say "show me your papers." In fact, they are required to check immigration status if one has already been arrested for a crime.

Countless other states have introduced and/or instituted their own versions of SB-1070. The Obama Administration has shown blatant opposition to the bill and managed to essentially take away all proponents of it that gave it any effectiveness at all. Not only that, but State Department officials admitted to dissing Arizona's "humanitarian rights-violating" bill to countries such as China and Libya. Most, if not all of the Administration's accusations of the bill have truly been completely false.
Obama: "If you didn't have your papers and you took your kids out for ice cream, you could be harassed." (actual quote)

Someone who has actually read the Arizona Immigration Law: "No, you couldn't. Unless going out for ice cream is a crime now."
