I'm fine

It either means they are actually fine or they don't want to talk about their feelings
Don't worry I'm fine. ( worry)

I'm fine. How about you?

I'm fine

Either a very generic remark in response to a generic question, or something to be very worried about.
Louise: "I'm fine."

Most told lie in the english language, next to "I have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions".
Friend: Are you OK? You look sad.
Me: Yeah *sigh* I'm fine.

(not really)

I'm fine...

Something you say to someone when you are not, in fact, fine at all, but you don't want to worry them.
Person 1: Are you okay?

Person 2: Yeah, I'm fine...

Person 2 is not fine at all.

I'm Fine

I'm not okay. Text me. I'm possibly really pissed at you.
Boy: How are you?
Girl: I'm fine... :(
Boy: I'll be at your house in 10 minutes!

I'm fine

One of the biggest (white) lies anyone could say. The phrase can also be blended into a monosyllabic grunt so as to exert even less effort.
Don't worry about me; I'm fine.
