Heaning Mislet

The names of two neighbouring hamlets in Cumbria, the roadsign for which reads like a direction sign for a particularly annoying person (a mislet) who is described as heaning. A useful exclamation that sounds much ruder than it is.

Heaning mislet! My bike has got another puncture.

'heedin' is a scottish term, commonly used around parts of perthshire which can be used to express lack of interest or caring for something. It was started by neds, who seeked new words to add to their pointless and unfathomable spoken jargon and dialect, and it has gradually progressed to become a favourite word of the legendary 'Brig Boys Crew'.

Ex/1: G: Here man we need to fuckin bolt, ken? Yuri's pure ragin doon the road in his 4x4!
