Defining a person who seems to always hold grudges against others and cannot move on from the past. Essentially heavy refers to the fact of the matter that these people are collecting baggage and building up on grudges.

This is a hockey term used to describe a tough guy on the team; or at least a guy who thinks he's tough. A teams heavy will oftentimes fight the other team's goon, just for the sake of fighting
