Glensema

Glensema is a phenomenon on the Belgian coast, often seen as a woman of middle age who is told to exist out of pure awesomeness. She often appears in conversations between teenagers, when large amounts of beer or alcohol have been consumed. They often chant in her name, although nobody has ever seen glensema in person.

South Glens Falls

Best known as the home of the South Glens Falls High School Marathon Dance, where most of the students dance for almost 30 hours each March to raise money for local individuals and organizations, and have in fact raised more than $1,000,000 over the course of 30 years. South High has roughly 1075 students, and is also renowned for its blue passcards, crazy teachers, Gibby, flooded parking lot, crunchy chicken wrap, ICP threats, overcrowdedness, and smoke-filled bathrooms. The town is tiny, infested with sex-offenders (who generally congregate around the Clearview Motel), has way too many ice cream shops, and has absolutely nowhere to shop.

South Glens Falls has way too many sex offenders.

Glenshaw

The suburb of Pittsburgh from whence punk band Anti-Flag hail.
A beautiful little suburbia just minutes from the city. Many people do not fully appreciate its wonderfulness until after they've left, and then they miss it more than they could have imagined. It's great because its got the perks of suburban life, but is so close to the city that it's citizens get to enjoy urban life as well.

Man I wish I was from Glenshaw.
