When a persons life spirals out of control due to drugs, drinking and non-stop partying - usually resulting in death. His hangers-on and leeches let it happen, as long as he keeps buying or dies.

Named after one of the funniest comedians of the 90's. Starring in many hilarious movies such as Tommy Boy, Almost Hero's, Black Sheep, Beverly Hills Ninja and more. He was later resurrected for a distasteful Dish Network commercial which also featured his faded comedian friend Kevin Spade.
