This is a very big problem and is only getting worse as it is spreading very rapidly. The common characteristics of a person carrying the "downer" viruses as its known is impeded movement loud uncontrolled noises that have been reported to sound like zombies. Don't play this sown it is a very big problem as they are now stronger enough in numbers to start being integrated into the general public and are now starting to breed in the open. We must stop this issues as soon as we can before its to late.

Another name for opiate junkies who are nodding out on the shit. Often so retarded/out of it that they manage to light themselves on fire smoking heroin off of tin foil, or when they fall asleep smoking.
