A phrase used as an expression of shock or disbelief. Usually used in unusual circumstances in which one may be skeptical that the speaker has been heard correctly.

example 1.

Girl #1: What?!? Lisa's dating Drake?? Comb that back!
Girl #2: mmhmm girl no lie!

Boy: Wait! Comb that back! How much did you say that ring cost??
Girl: Come on! it's not THAT much

comb-over

a hairstyle for men with male pattern baldness where a "cul-de-sac" of hair is grown and one side is grown disproportionately long and then combed over as if to "hide" the bald spot.

i hope it doesn't get too windy cause that dude has a mean comb-over.

Comb-Over Blonde

Brunettes, red-heads and dark-haired women who dye their hair blonde because they are embarrassed of their hair color. The color winds up growing out in a few weeks leaving them looking like zebras. Artificial and vain. The female analog of bald guys who grow out thin strands of hair on the sides in order to comb it over the top to hide their shiny tops. Term first coined by Michael Mannske in his book "Foreign and Domestic."

A hairstyle worn by men who are balding in the middle of their head. The hair is grown long on one side of the head, and then combed over the bald spot and sprayed stiff, to cover up the bald spot.
