David Bowie

The greatest, not only rock star, but person in the world ever. The messiah. Has had too many great things associated with him to count. Still great. Everybody likes at least a few of his songs, yet he has many great fans who know his whole discography. He made Labyrinth the greatest movie in the world, with a huge cult following, and altogether, he “was the nazz”, and still is.

Leigh: He is my favourite artist ever. I have a love of his early discography, mainly his Deram era discography, especially Love You Till Tuesday. With Space Oddity, although the title track is lyrical excellence, my personal preference is Cygnet Committee, with its many roles and personalities portrayed. The dark, twisted nature of The Man Who Sold the World draws me in, with Saviour Machine and Width of a Circle especially leaving me on the edge of my seat...

However, of all the fantastic songs on Heathen, my favourite song on the album is Slow Burn, with it's powerful vocals and instruments making it stand out and putting it high on my list of favourite Bowie songs. It is followed by Reality, and as it stands, that is the most recent Bowie album...........
Therefore, yeah, I REALY like David Bowie, the beautiful creature.
