When someone's high on something whether it be pills, weed, alcohol, or any other mind altering chemicals that we all love. This term was created by the one and only D.M. himself of course in October of 2003. It's generally spelled out as boobooed up, but some savages tend to spell it as booboo'd up as well.

Originated by PAUL and ALEXIS. Derived from the term "bo-bo" (pronounced boe-boe). In relation with the term to proclaim how terrible something is, "boo" (i.e. when a crowd boo's a player they don't like/ a comedian who isn't funny). Used to expressed a feeling of "wow your an idiot!"
