Billboard Boys: Term used to describe boys in their early 20s who have not yet fully matured yet because they are constantly thinking about their big dreams and disregarding other’s feelings of individuals around them. They tend to make friends to build networks use them to leverage for their personal gain. They are typically avoided by strong, independent women because they can’t handle how amazing they are.
