Strug-Shrug 

a non verbal behavior exhibited on days when the struggle is real and ones brain is having extensive difficulty addressing or solving a given situation. The strug-shrug is a differentiated from a normal shrug by a lackadaisical shoulder movement up then down, often accompanied by a blank or confused stare.
After consecutive 16 hour work days, Shawna, when asked about an approaching campaign launch, replied to the best of her ability by giving a strug-shrug.

Eye Shrug 

The movement of your eyebrows going up after someone asks you a question you can't answer; used if you can't use your shoulders

gallic shrug 

A Gallic shrug is actually a very particular kind of shrug, a fairly rude and aggressive shrug in this context. It’s a French way of saying, basically, “Not my problem.”
She said she was taken so I gave her the Gallic shrug.

Divinus Shrug

1. To blow something off, or to show you don't care.

2. Half-assed excuse, when you are caught and can't get out of a hole.

verbal shrug 

that ‘uhh’ or ‘ehh’ sound - complete with rising inflection - when someone doesn’t particularly know how to respond. can be accompanied by an actual, physical shrug

usually quicker than a non-verbal shrug. and able to be used in semi-constrained scenarios like in the back of an uber
i asked B when school goes back, and they just gave a verbal shrug

Presidential Shrug 

A dance move where you put your hands in your pants pockets and lean to your left and right while you shrug your shoulders.
Guy 1-"How did you get that girl from the club to come home with you?"

Guy 2-"I did the Presidential Shrug."
