Spoofing

An oral sex act most commonly performed on males in which the erect penis is taken into the mouth, a hard vacuum or suction is created, and then the penis is promptly removed, causing an audible inrush of air. Release of the vacuum and continued intake of air by the performer allows air to rush over the penile glans, eliciting unsuspected pleasure.
