Mantooine

In the system of the same name, the planet is located in the Atrivis sector in the Outer Rim. Mantooine's government treats spice smuggling as a capitol offense. Years ago, a group of Mantooine freedom fighters called the Liberators were massacred by the Empire when they took refuge in a captured Imperial base. That incident was one of several that helped build a unified Rebel Alliance, because if there had been communication with other groups of freedom fighters, the Liberators could have been warned of the strike and taken refuge elsewhere. In a separate incident, the self-sacrifice of probe droid D-127X may have saved Mantooine from an Imperial suprise attack.

mantos

1. (as a noun) An unwanted sporadic growth of dark hair covering the bottom of the chin and the entire throat.

2. (as a noun; alt. definition) An extremely annoying girl who forces herself on other people, especially married men at least a decade her senior.

3. (as a verb) To incorrectly state a persons name in front of a large audience. This is most commonly the result of how useless or unimportant that person is.

Note: In the third definition, a mantos cannot be a mispronounciation; it has to be a name stated incorrectly as a result of how little value that person has as a human being.

ex. 1 "Did you get that cut on your chin shaving your mantos?"

ex. 2 "If you don't quit being such a mantos with that dude, his wife is going to kick your ass."

ex. 3 "Next, I'd like to introduce President George W. Blush."

The epitome of bromance. Bromance above all bromances. Usually, one member embraces, this bromance, while the other rejects it (but secretly loves it). Everyone else ships it (often not in a bromancy way but in a romancy way)

Mineola

Mineola is the county seat of Nassau County, and means "A Pleasant Village." That truly doesn't live up to it's name. Mineola is a decent place, but it's mostly mixed race. Some popular roads that run through this town are Jericho Turnpike, Willis Avenue, Mineola Boulevard, Roslyn Road, Herricks Road, and Old Country Road. This place is LOADED with Tudor Homes. There is a Hospital here, NYU Winthrop University Hospital, one of the best cancer treating hospitals in the nation. There is an Escape Room on Jericho Turnpike which is cool. There is one Middle School and one High School which is technically in Garden City Park. Mineola has a cool train station, however be careful of this fat kid who obsesses over trains and runs around getting video of them. Also, homeless people everywhere. Especially over on Jericho Turnpike and under the Mineola Boulevard Bridge. There is also a catholic school and a cool library. The fire department has a siren which is the icon for Mineola on YouTube. Unique sounding, not like any other I have heard.

In conclusion, Mineola meh. Carle Place good.
