Similar to how a glass jaw is when a fighter can't take even the tiniest hit to the head without falling, this is when someone can't even be lovingly teased without it becoming the deepest insult they have received in their lives and going into complete wangst mode.

When my diminutive sister showed me her 80's Halloween costume, I complimented the great costume, but couldn't help but tease about how the big bangs made her almost normal height. She spent the next hour crying about how ugly she and her costume are and what a jerk I am. What a glass ego.

Alterna-ego 

When a corporate executive attends rock concerts they often have to change out of their button down shirts and slacks and dress in skater/punk/alternative apparel. This is known as their "alternative ego". Derived from the phrase "alter-ego". See Alternative Rock.

When Green Day played down by Wall street, I went to the show dressed business casual because I didn't have my Alterna-ego clothes. I lost a couple of buttons in the mosh pit.

Facebook Ego Paranoia

When you become so paranoid that someone on facebook is talking bad about you, you start to believe every post is a stab at you. Your "friends" instigate retaliation and you become obsessed with trashing this person in order to save your own reputation, which in fact you begin to destroy on your own through your increasing paranoia.

Dude that guy is suffering from Facebook Ego Paranoia. He thinks every post that girl makes is a shot at him, when I know her and it's soooo not! What the hell? He is posting shit blogs all over the internet, trying to dig up dirt on her and destroy her reputation. He even went so far as to hack her phone and computer. Freak!!

Pretty funny because this girl never made a single shot and his friends made him so paranoid it actually changed his personality. What makes it even more amusing is she really she doesn't give a shit what he writes or what his friends think since they all are the cesspool of society anyway.

Ridiculous Ego

Talking about yourself in a manner that usually indicates you are a lot better then you are. To an extreme.

Often used by people with an extremely low self-confidence or a high level of insecurity to make them feel better about themselves and more secure.

Often a method of putting others down to make yourself feel better then you are.

Gymflated Ego 

The often over inflated self confidence that accompanies going to the gym regularly. Were someone to be overly confident about their actual size or disillusioned as to their stature as a result of doing excercise, to the point of arrogance, then they would have an gymflated ego.
