Confusionism

When an attorney lies and twists facts, engages in gaslighting at every hearing, throws a bunch of manure on the case hoping it will stick into a nice, smelly ball of turd with the purpose of confusing a judge. The result of Confusionism is a high-conflict case where one of the parties becomes homeless and the party who went to jail for abuse keeps their freedom, money, and children for the time-being. Usually overturned on appeal in the Supreme Court.

The confusion one feels when trying to decide whether to keep his or her blankets on or off. Typically experienced during the winter and summer seasons.
