Often used as a humorous expression as it pertains to several men masturbating in a circle, possibly around you, or on you, suggesting a lack of power on your part (the person receiving the circle jerk) and a larger proportion of power for the individuals perpetrating the circle jerk.

The terminated member has to give up their pudding to Bill Cosby while Cosby sings the official goodbye song, "Zip Zap, going down the mountain the mountain made of the yummy PUDDING" Bill Cosby now eats Bill Clintons pudding and The Cosby Circle goes quiet.
Marcus: Hey man, you going to The Cosby Circle tonight? I heard the giant bowl of pudding will be there and Bill's going to jump into it!
