When your uncle or cousin gives you an under the table hand job while gathered around for dinner at a festive family holiday gathering such as thanksgiving or Christmas. But any government recognized holiday applies.
I love it when my cousin comes in for Christmas. He gives the most vigorous family holiday handy. Only my uncle can tell what’s happening.

When employed, pulling enough hours to get overtime and continuing to come in on a day that is also a national or civic holiday, thus requiring payment not only of your hours, but time and a half due to the overtime and being paid for the holiday (full day).
Essentially 2.5X the money per hour.

-What are you doing on Labour Day?
-I'm working
-Haven't you worked enough? You're already getting overtime.
-yeah, but now I qualify for over holiday time
-really?

An unofficial holiday originally conceived March of 2005. The holiday occurs on the 4th Saturday of every June.
The main purpose of the holiday is to honor beer in all its forms by consuming it throughout the course of the day. The secondary purpose of the holiday is to give chronic binge drinkers one more day on which they can justify over indulgence.
Note that in order to properly represent the holiday in print, appropriate capitalization and comma usage must be maintained.

Going on an insane cocaine fuelled bender, which does not actually invove any travelling at all. The Colombian holiday comes to the individual, typically for a weekend depending on ones stamina.
Mark was elated from the Colombian holiday which now meant insomnia for the forseeable future. But it was worth it.
