The main purpose of the holiday is to honor beer in all its forms by consuming it throughout the course of the day. The secondary purpose of the holiday is to give chronic binge drinkers one more day on which they can justify over indulgence.

Get the holiday in cambodiamug. Going on an insane cocaine fuelled bender, which does not actually invove any travelling at all. The Colombian holiday comes to the individual, typically for a weekend depending on ones stamina.
Mark was elated from the Colombian holiday which now meant insomnia for the forseeable future. But it was worth it.
