A term in which a person judges anothers facial features. Derived from the gross mixture of Grizzly and Skoal Wintergreen.
Also it could be used as a transversitale adjective as shown in the example.

Person 1: Hey, do you see that chick over there?

Person 2: UGGGHHHH!!!!! That bitch is skizzly!

Used mosty as an interjection in a situation of fear or excitement, letting people around you know that you are doing something or basicly, "oh shit".
As a verb it can replace any word because in the verb tence it can mean anything realy.
