A compressed word that means; "Did you eat?". "D'jeet" and/or "jeet" is used by Midwesterners that live in the Midwest of the U.S.

Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
