Someone who doesn't fucking charge their phone when it's about to die and is sending memes showing their phone is about to die. Another version but less dangerous terrorist is someone who eats soup for dinner and that's no good.

Male 1: You saw that dumb bitching eatting soup for dinner yesterday? Future terrorist am I right?
