It Was My Shoe

Phrase often used as a poor excuse for flatulence. The phrase is used to make others believe that the fart they just heard was, in fact, a sound that was made from the farter's shoe.

The person who farted will then try desperately to make the same sound with their shoe, but it does not work.

Abby: *fart*
Drew: "Um, did you just fart?"
Abby: "No! It was my shoe."
*Tries desperately to rub her shoe against the floor to imitate the noise of a fart.*
Drew: "You are fucking disgusting."

Those shoes that have the primary colors on there including green. You would typically make fun of the owner of the shoes, saying that they are childish. You would blame their playground shoes when the owner makes a mistake.

Shoes you wear when in a mood.
Whenever someone sees that you are in a mood, you can refer to them as wearing their mood shoes which states that you can see their is something wrong with them. Alternatively you can tell people you are wearing your mood shoes to inform them that you're not happy or in a mood.

China, I see you are wearing your mood shoes today.
