Get the shooting fish in a barrelmug. The misappropriation of government funds to marginal electorates when close to an election, with the intention of winning more seats.
First used by Senator McKenzie of LNP in January 2020, in relation to the awarding of $100 million sports grants prior to the 2019 elections.

Similar to a traditional slut, this particular tramp can be found, face down, inside the bottom of a dumpster practicing her craft on the largest discarded banana she can find. Owing to distinctly squalid living conditions, many trash barrel sluts are toothless, and instead religiously practice the "gumming" technique, which along with very low prices, makes them a popular choice for young gentlemen. In recent years they have unionized and joined the Army in large quantities.
