OH Nine 

1) A typical ending to a brainless teenage girls' photo album, such as "Summmer 0999" or " City with the bfffs 09". Because of this, it has now become a common phrase used to bash popular culture that constantly refers to the year 2009. It works best as a sassy ending to a statement, and should usually be used in tandem with a peace sign held uncomfortably close to the face.

Colin: "Hey, what are you doin today?"

Eddie:" Endless amounts of college stuff.....OH nine!!

Colin: Margie that food looks sooo good!

Margie: Yayy overweight!

Colin: Oh nine?

MArgie: hahaha yes.

Cosmic Nine Year Old 

something to call someone who's is worldly but still immature. Originated with the Doctor Who fandom, calling the Doctor one. He knows a vast amount of information on the universe, but still is young at heart, and has a tendency to be immature.

DW fan 1: Did you see that part where he made the angel say "comfy chairs"?
DW fan 2: Oh yeah, what a cosmic nine year old

Similar to "the whole nine yards"; including everything or meaning "all-inclusive". Suggests that everything is included or it covers an entire subject.

"We were looking through the documents and were surprised that the package included the contracts, agreements, all nine..."
