More so, a way of life, than a phrase. Many potheads/bros wouldnt be seen saying this, but others that arent bros or potheads would be. its a phrase or action to refer(or make fun of) to pot smoking bros that just wanna fight people and smoke ;D

Vietnamese Bodegas

A low grade odds and ends store, usually known for cheap cigarettes, boot leg movies and glass pipes. The key factor would be the constant faint or strong aroma of Marijuana. as a side note don't buy food in these places it's some what dangerous seeing as most of the cans expired years ago and the packages are less then perfect, Sodas are safe but just a hair colder then room temperture.
