A "tightly-controlled" type of "tool" in da shady-business world dat really "puts a twist" on da apparent nature of a speculation deal, and then leaves da unfortunate investors majorly "screwed", often because they unwittingly "bit" off more than they could chew.

A Ponzidriv business-model may indeed seem like a "snug-'n'-solid fit" when first starting out, but then after everything comes "unslotted" somewhere down da line, there's bound to be considerable "slippage" at multiple levels!
