A mechanic arrives, looks at your broken down car, defines that it is not worth his trouble to repair.
He looks at you and states..I'm afraid you are going to need an SOC (Some Other Cunt) to fix that..
(I know grammatically it isn't correct but that's how it is used)

a girl who uses and perpetuates the "dumb justin bieber lover bimbo barbie" stereotype only to flip it on its head to make it seem as if she stands against the norm (it isn't the norm) because she doesn't act like the stereotype.
(this may overlap with a pick me girl.)
