A girl who is short but will grow to be tall in the future she is often mean but is nice to the ones she loves most and she is also good at putting a smile on your face and making you laugh. Usually she is a badass and always fight back for her friends. Miley is a very Independent person and you can always depend on her to help you out. She might be a bit bossy, loud and controlling but other than that she is a great friend.
