being a slave to homework

A state of being in which an individual devotes hours (sometimes days) to their educational well being. This is a non-habitforming ritual, it is rarely practiced. It won't kill you, just give you a headache, carpal tunnel, and may cause eye strain. Being 'a slave to homework' is often considered to be social suicide in refference to college life though it has been known to also result in a degree at the end of one's four years.

student 1: "dude, would you like to roll to the ghetto for this mad phrat party tonight?"

student 2: "I have homework from chem. lab, bro. I can't."

student1: "that sucks to be you."

student 2: "yeah, i'm being a slave to homework"

After he saw his date to the Winterball wasn't enjoying the slow dance with him, Zak turned to Paul and asked "So Paul, did you do the government homework?" Paul believing that there really was government homework that he had forgotten about, pushed his date away, and turned to ask Evan if there was government homework. Even, also thinking that there was government homework that he had forgotten, pushed his date away also.

tons of homework

Large amounts of homework given by teachers who hate, dislike, or just like to grade papers (WEIRDOS!). Usually gets thrown away right after the grade has been recorded.

My evil English teacher gave me tons of homework.

My stupid Algebra II teacher gave me tons of homework.

Combined between my evil English teacher and stupid Algerbra II teacher, I have tons of homework!
