Often a Kool-Aid drinker simply wants to hate anything a republican does good or bad. A Blueberry Chugger is loaded up and juiced, power drinking and being boisterous as if their opinion is the only viewpoint. A Blueberry Chugger want to make fun of anyone who doesn't buy into their party line.
