O po! is used to show amazement at the size, quantity, grandeur or beauty of something.

It's a very versatile slang that can be used anytime and in many situation.

E.G. (A girl with a big backside passes and a guy exclaims)
: This is huge, infact O po!

:This your Versace make sense oh, O po!
