(noun) Slang term describing a complicated situation in a professional setting, where there is an uncountable amount of bullshit coming one's way (usually served in a silver platter as a disguise). "Swan" is a term generally used by the receiver to discretely complain about the disguised bullshit that is being at play in the office.

2. (noun) Slang term for something/someone unattractive but somehow became very attractive on the outside, but still ugly inside.

When a person (usually a boss) is feeding you an uncountable amount bullshit and pretending to be nice.
