Race Report

Self-indulgent wordy twaddle, vaguely related to putting one foot in front of the other (the art of running) for an extended period of time. The key to writing a good Ultramarathon Race Report is in an over dramatisation of actual events & experiences which adds to the mystique of Ultramarathon running to the untrained observer. Extended essay-length accounts of a niche sport (Ultramarathon running) they are usually read only by other Ultramarathoners, running geeks, mental health professionals, the very bored or the author - but mostly just the author.

To put in onto context, it's far easier & fulfilling to run an Ultramarathon than it is to read someones 30,000 word blog on the experience.

Steve's running a 100km Ultramarathon through remote bushland this weekend; I can't wait to read all about it in his race report.

Armchair Racing

Acting like a race car driver while never having driven a race car on a track.

An automotive forum user who spends the majority of their free time researching racing products for their non-existent race car.

Research can also include racing techniques, building a race vehicle, proper configuration for said racing vehicle, etc.

Taking place in a discussion forum:

Andy says: "EBC RedStuff Brakes will not be on any (Insert race team name here) performance vehicles.

Since we are all into armchair racing on this forum, here is my current ideal race car setup: ...."

Brian replies with: "But I've read so many good things about EBC RedStuff Brake Pads online! I haven't ever used them, but I'm sure that any racer, any real racer would want to use them."

Mixed race

Mixed race people are often thought of being half black and half white but you do not have to be half or black and white to be mixed race. You can be mixed white,asian,hispanic,black and so many more. You do not even have to half another race to be mixed race. If one of your grandparents are a different race and they are definitely an actual grandparent you can be mixed. You stop being mixed race when another race is filtered down through generations. If someone cant tell you are mixed race because you look whiter or more asian or more black, good indications are hair, a slight tint in your skin colour/color, eyes and even height.

Person 1- Homie are you Mixed race your hair makes you look it
Person 2- Ye my grandparent (dad,mum/mom) is black(asian,white,hispanic e.t.c)
