Karma-jacking

The act of doing someone a favor, not for altruism, but in order to have the person in question owing you a favor.

I heard that she was going to NYC for the weekend, and that she didn't have a place to stay. I found a way of convincing her to stay at my friend's place. Now she's owing me a favor! This will be really useful when I visit Boston and want to meet her hot friends, ha ha ha. Karma-jacking FTW!
