A game in which a man's balls are tied to a bungee cord, and the man is then dropped from a large height. The man wins if his nuts stay attached.
Obviously, this is more of a fictional endeavor and therefore it works better as an ostentatious manly challenge that men could make or as some kind of feminist's fantasy.
