OK, this word is pretty unused but I spread it all over the internet. Muahahaha. Anyway, this means to smack and tackle someone at the same time. Also it could mean to do a huge belly-flop onto someone and tackle.

To consciously exclude somebody from a group of friends. Comes from the MTV show "The Life of Ryan" in which Ryan Sheckler is always trying to "phase people out" of his social group for no reason apart from his rampant egotism.

When you eat nothing but power bars and seltzer water for a week, causing your shit to be thick and bubbly, hence the "pop."

After such a shit is obtained, the shitter takes a partial poo, keeping some around the hole (similar to a juicy rusty trombone) and a second person eats it with a spoon. This is usually done before noon in honor of Rice Krispies (TM)
