Planking

Planking is lying face down, ensuring your face remains expressionless for the duration of the plank, your legs must remain straight and together with toes pointed. Your arms must be placed by your side, held straight and with fingers pointed.
Planking is to occur in everyday locations, on everyday items and a photo of the plank needs to be taken.

'Hey man, what are you doing lying on top of that tractor'
