A girl or boy who "claims" one of the oposite sex as theirs by flirting with whoever could be a potential girlfriend/boyfriend.

Comes from young children who lick all the cookies so no one else can take them

"So Jennie, tell me about this Conner guy again".
"No! He's totally mine, I so claimed him!" giggled Kate.
"Jeez Kate, you're such a cookie licker".

Hillary Licker

A "Hillary Licker" (#HillaryLicker) is an avid Trump supporter who decides to question anything Trump or his administration does.
