Ligma is a joke that is like the deez nuts where somebody says that somebody has ligma and another person says what's ligma and then they say the joke. For example the joke when fortnite streamer ninja had fans say to him that he had ligma and some people turned it into a death hoax. Making the joke sound like they're saying lick-ma-balls.
