Famously used by Kim Woodburn on the UK’s CBB (Celebrity Big Brother) television show.

To be gang handed to participate in or enable: ganging up on someone, bullying, inserting yourself in situations to over power and/or out number someone, to be apart of gang activity, to support authoritarianism, to support fascism, and to participate in organized crime.
