The act of politely ignoring someone in public, as if you were in a grocery store and quickly move to the next aisle..essentially ignoring them, or preventing yourself from being seen.

I saw Gina in Walmart the other day, and to avoid an awkward conversation i quickly grocery stored her and went down another aisle.
