Classy ghetto

The nonsensical amalgam of high-class culture (sophisticated attire, fine cuisine, etc) and lower-class, ghetto or "hood rat" culture. Since these two lifestyles are contradictory in nature, the result is nothing more than a comical delusion.

I like caviar even do' it reacts chemically wit da metal on my grills.

Often exists within a patchwork of middle class and upper class communities. Indicated by the presence of hookers, drug addicts/tweakers, drug dealers, gang members, check cashin' places, pawn shops, or other shady people/locations.
