When a mate claims that they are extremely hungry, and can eat a substantial amount of food, then order a large quantity of food.
Then then look at the food and think how am I going to eat this,

The mate then takes one or two bites of the large quantity of food, and says that the food does not taste great, and make excuses to stop eating the large quantity of food they claimed they could eat,

The mate then does the "James Maneuver" which consists of slowly moving the large quantity of food to the side of the table, once at the edge push it off and then get upset that they were not able to eat the large quantity of food they claimed they could eat. They have chucked a James.

Allan you have ordered allot of food there mate, yes I am quite hungry,

Allan you haven't finished you're food,
It didn't taste nice,

Allan youve chucked a James.
