An annoying as all fuck "internet meme" or trend used by people who aren't innovative enough to come up with an appropriate term, expression, watch too much Attack of The Show, or spend over 8 hours behind a computer.
Boy 1: Did you see that airplane take off and crash?! Dude, "EPIC FAIL"!
Boy 2: Epic----what?
Boy 1: You don't know what "Epic Fail" means, bro?
Boy 2: Being that the word "fail" isn't an adjective, I do now.

(After SP goes 7-8 solid innings, and the bullpen immediately blows a 3-4 run or more lead)
-Fuck this shit, I can't stand another second of this epic fail.

It is the step above "epic fail". When you call someone a Bulsora Fail its so bad you and everyone around is laughing at their very existance at that moment in time.
Derived from an incident in World of Warcraft where a level 70 shamen cast a HOT on a mage as Nightbane was landing, causeing the mage to draw agro and instantly die. Followed shortly by the same shamen being out-healed on the healing charts by his earth sheild on the tank. And to top the cake of fail off, when the he finally died, the raid leader told him to anhk, to which he replied what is that?
It's very rare to come across someone who warrents the label "Bulsora Fail", but when it happens it usually comes right after someone is called an Epic Fail, and the rest of the community is not satisfied with that title.

Also, FailEx. Getting a delivery from FAIL Express means you get fail when you absolutely, positively DO NOT need it.
Etymology: A fictional version of Federal Express/FedEx that only delivers fail.
