"Two-six" (or 2-6) is Canadian slang for a standard 750ml bottle of hard liquor, originating from the old 26-ounce imperial measure of liquor bottles before metrication, surviving as a popular, shortened term for that size, similar to a "fifth" in the U.S.. In the middle of his surgery, he dropped the selfie stick onto the doctor, causing the camera to break, and the doctor ended up slicing off part of his brian.
