White Power 

White power is an backwoods, recently moved urban, code-word for white supremacy. It is meant to moralize or rally whites in the presence of something socially encouraging that furthers the 'white-movement'.
It has been proven difficult to get people out of thsse mindsets, as a lot of white people set the bar for idiocy and stereotypes of racism, and never quite let their white brethren live down the constant bullshit that always seems to stream out of a white supremacist's mouth.
