Everett, MA

A 3.7 sq. mile city located just outside of Boston, while notable for its successful high school football team and location in which Dennis Lehane novels like to house potentially murderous child molesters, it is actually just offers a less expensive place to live than nearby communities of Somerville and Charlestown due to its low-scoring (academically speaking) high school. It has retained more of the rough-edged Boston character portrayed in books and movies, even as the quickly gentrified neighborhoods to the south trade Dunks for Starbucks and have renovated away the original character of the towns to cram in another million dollar condo and organic hemp milk dispensary.

As the saying goes "If you can't afford Cambridge, move to Somerville. If you can't afford Somerville, go to Everett, MA. if you can't afford Everett, go to Chelsea, MA. Can't afford Chelsea? Worcester. Can't afford Worcester? Go F--- yourself."

Winthrop Ma

Winthrop, aka The Dub, is a small town east of Boston, where everyone thinks the town is a bunch of preppy asshole that know nothing, and most of them are townies that think Winthrop is like NYC. But honestly, it has no money at all because the fucking old people are in Florida 8 months a year, and don't want to pay taxes.

Lexington, Ma

Suburb outside of Boston known for its Revolutionary war history. Huge property values are reflected in the supposed quality of the public schools, which are in turn a breeding ground for the apathetic and dissilusioned youth of a rich town who have nothing to do but smoke pot, get drunk, and fuck up in school.

Pepperell, MA

Probably the greatest town ever in the history of mankind. Notorious for stoners and red-necks, pepperell is a great place to settle down. Kids in pepperell recieve crappy eduction and probably never achieve much besides most blunts ripped(HELL YEAH!). Pepperell is also home to the most retarded police department ever established in the united states
