Getinjo (Getoar Aliu) was born in Kosovo in 1991 and his family emigrated to Germany with him in 1993. In 2004 he returned to Kosovo, where he began writing his own lyrics and making music. In 2007 he recorded his first song, followed in 2009 by his first music video for "Goodbye My Love". At the end of 2011 he recorded his first album "Young Ghetto". Together with the artist Kida he reached the top of the Albanian charts in 2016.
Getinjo was signed to the label OnRecords, which he left with his brother Mozzik in early 2018 to start their own label 2 Euro Gang. This was followed by collaborations with the German rappers and producers Veysel, Macloud and Joshimixu
